Volunteers wanted for an iPhone or Andriod distance, speed, location and gait.
Some members may already know that I have tested out the Enduro Equine Heart Rate Monitor and App.
Enduro Equine have now introduced some new features, including gait detection and is looking for volunteers to test out the app. All you need is an iPhone or an Android phone. Email hello@drdavidmarlin.co.uk with ENDURO in the subject and tell us what phone you have. ENDURO will then send you a link to download a version of the new app that isn’t in the market yet. You will be the first person to test this.
ENDURO will give anyone who helps a free subscription (if it becomes a subscription or purchase) or a discount on their heart rate electrode and sensor system.
All we would ask is that the first time you ride, if its in a school:
- 2 min walk right
- 2 min trot right
- 1 min canter right
- 2 min walk left
- 2 min trot left
- 1 min canter left
OR
if you are out on a hack/in a straight line just 2 min walk, 2 min trot, 1-2 min canter.
This is to “train” the app to your horse.
You will also be able to give feedback on features you would like to see in the app.
This really is a great piece of kit, and I use it a lot recently. A great chance to be an “early adopter” at no cost
