Studs are often fitted to horse shoes to improve grip and reduce slipping however, there is very little research into the use of studs considering how frequently they are used in competitions.
In this short survey we are interested to try and understand how and when studs are used. Finding out how stud holes are maintained, the perceived benefits of using studs and if there are any concerns relating to horse injury.
This anonymous survey consists of 14 questions and should take no more than 4 minutes to complete. The results will be shared on our website DrDavidMarlin.com and on our social media pages free for all to see.
If you would like to be entered into a draw to WIN A YEAR’S FREE MEMBERSHIP TO DRDAVIDMARLIN.COM just leave an email at the end of the survey. You will not receive any marketing information and your email will not be shared with any 3rd party.
