Marlin and members test acoustic ears/earplugs/noise-cancelling bonnets/fly veils

By David Marlin on 4 May 2022 News

Ever wondered about noise cancelling fly veils and whether they are any good or which ones are the best?
Our members did – so Dr David Marlin is investigating!

David has been looking into it so we can report back to our members which ones, if any, are the best. We’ve purchased a selection and David has taken them to the lab.

Watch the video below to see what David has been doing with them!

All of the ear bonnets, acoustic ears and noise reducing fly veils are now out with members who are trailing and testing them. They will report back to tell us; how they fit, how comfortable their horse finds them, what they think about the style/material etc and we will pool all this information together to give you a definitive guide to ear bonnets.

Watch the webinar on Thursday 19th May to see and HEAR the results!
