    In Hand Exercises - Gillian Tabor - 4th May 2020

    This webinar with ACPAT physio Gillian Tabor will cover correct use of in hand exercises, from how to start and then progressing to some more challenging exercises.  Exercises covered with be those on a short rein from the ground including lateral work and with no poles.  These exercises are ideal to use when not able to ride, during rehabilitation or as part of your everyday training plan.

    CPD certificates can be made available on request.
