Doesn’t matter what equestrian discipline you compete in, the difference in scores between the top 20 horses can often be quite small. Most riders are doing things fairly well. But improving in a number of areas by a small amount can add up and take you into the prizes. This is the concept of marginal gains that has been around for many years.
In this webinar I am going to discuss all the aspects of competing, including final weeks of training, travel, tack choices, horse management, warm-up, strategy, rider preparation and recovery. A few % improvement in all these areas could make a huge difference to your final placing. This is the experience I have gained from 30 years of being involved with elite riders and horses and techniques I use with my private rider clients. By they work just as well, if not better, for riders below International level.
