Enhanced veterinary protocols for 2023 Grand National

    0
By Helen Stock on 6 February 2023 News

BEVA has published the latest veterinary protocols for the 2023 Grand National. The British Horseracing Authority (BHA) and Aintree Racecourse have confirmed enhanced pre-race day veterinary protocols for all horses entered in the 2023 Randox Grand National Steeple Chase.

The revised procedures build on the thorough pre-race day veterinary processes already in place, which, through regular engagement between the BHA, racecourse, trainers and veterinary surgeons, aim to help ensure that the race is run as safely as possible.

The 2023 Grand National will take place on Saturday, 15 April 2023.

To read the full story and all the enhanced veterinary protocols, head over to the BEVA website HERE.
